Free Trial
We may offer a 30-day free trial. Billing will begin at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial expires.
Subscription Options
- $25 per month (monthly membership), or
- $300 per year (annual membership)
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time. Access will continue through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds unless otherwise stated.
3. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, downloads, certificates, and content are the intellectual property of MHOT.
You may not:
- Share your login credentials
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell course content
- Record or redistribute course materials
Access is granted for individual use only.
4. Continuing Education Disclaimer
Courses may offer continuing education hours. It is the participant’s responsibility to verify acceptance of continuing education credits with their applicable licensing board or regulatory body.
Completion requirements must be met to receive a certificate.

MHOT does not guarantee the accuracy of directory listings and is not responsible for services provided by listed individuals. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute endorsement.
